Accessibility statement

UniDeck B.V. is committed to making unideck.app usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we conform to the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and the harmonized standard EN 301 549, which references WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Conformance status

The site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. As of the site is partially conformant. The relaunch in progress rebuilds every marketing surface against the new design tokens with accessibility hooks built in. Known gaps and target fix dates are listed below.

Known gaps

  • Color and target audit pending

    Reference: WCAG 2.2 SC 1.4.3, 2.5.8. Target: 2026 Q3.

An external WCAG 2.2 AA audit (UNI-401) is scheduled. Until it lands, contrast and minimum target size on legacy marketing surfaces have not been independently verified.

  • Form accessibility refinements

    Reference: WCAG 2.2 SC 1.3.5, 3.3.3. Target: 2026 Q3.

Forms have visible labels, autocomplete attributes, and accessible error messages. Live announcement copy is being refined as part of UNI-404.

  • Decorative assets without long descriptions

    Reference: WCAG 2.2 SC 1.1.1. Target: 2026 Q3.

Some marketing screenshots ship with short alt text. Long descriptions for complex composites (dashboard simulations, comparison sliders) are being added in UNI-401-407.
