UniDeck Enterprise · delivered by Ainur
Internal dashboards, ERPs, CRMs, and SaaS tools, built for you.
By the team behind UniDeck. The same senior people from kickoff to production, under contracts you can take to legal.
UniDeck Enterprise is the custom software practice of UniDeck B.V., delivered by Ainur, our engineering brand. We design, build, run, and secure the internal systems a company depends on: operations dashboards, ERP and CRM replacements, customer portals, and SaaS products. Senior engineers, contracts under Dutch law, and code you own from the first commit.

What we build
The systems your company actually runs on.
Four shapes of work. Most engagements start as one and touch the others, because the data is the same data.
Internal dashboards and admin tools
Operations views, back offices, approval flows, and the reporting your managers keep asking for, built on the data you already have in your databases and SaaS tools. It often starts as a UniDeck dashboard and grows from there.
ERP and operations platforms
Quoting, planning, materials, invoicing, and the sync to the accounting package you already use. We replace the spreadsheet chain or the legacy system in phases, without a big-bang cutover.
CRM and customer portals
Pipelines, customer records, and self-service portals connected to the tools your team lives in. Role-based access, audit trails, and integrations with your systems of record.
SaaS products
Multi-tenant products with billing, roles, and observability, on infrastructure we run in the EU. From first commit to first paying customer, with the handover written into the contract.
Why now
Companies are building again. The question is who builds it.
35%
of teams have already replaced functionality of at least one SaaS tool with a custom build
Retool, 2026 Build vs. Buy report, 817 respondents, late 2025
78%
expect to build more custom internal tools in 2026
Retool, 2026 Build vs. Buy report
75%
of new applications will be built with low-code by 2026, up from 40% in 2021
Gartner forecast, December 2022
33%
of developer time already goes to building internal tools

AI made software cheaper to write. It did not make it cheaper to own. Projects go over when the people building them are learning on your budget. Ours have shipped this before, and they carry the pager for UniDeck every day.
How an engagement runs
Three phases. No surprises.
01
Discovery, 1 to 3 weeks
We read the code, interview the team, and return an architecture plan with an estimate you can hold us to. Fixed price. If you stop there, you keep the plan.
02
Delivery
A named team, a weekly written status, and working software on the cadence we agree in the SOW. You own all code and artifacts from the first commit. NDA by default; we sign your DPA.
03
Handover
Documentation, handover sessions, and pairing are written into the SOW and priced with the rest of the work. We leave your team able to run the system without us.
Fixed price per phase, or time and materials with a cap. MSA and SOW under Dutch law. Client references on request.
Where UniDeck fits
Start on the product. Grow into the build.
Every engagement can start on UniDeck, which is free, so your team sees the data before anyone writes a line of custom code. You never pay us to build what UniDeck already does.
See what's free- Day one: free UniDeck dashboards over the tools your team already uses, so everyone sees the data before anyone writes code.
- Custom widgets: we connect UniDeck to your internal APIs and build the widgets your team needs.
- Custom build: when the dashboard is no longer enough, the same team builds the system behind it.

Our own product, free for everyone: a #2 Product of the Day launch on Product Hunt, Google's CASA Tier 2 security assessment passed, and production servers we run ourselves in Germany. When we say a design survives production, this is what the claim rests on.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask first.
Is UniDeck itself free?
Yes. UniDeck is free for everyone, with every widget, integration, and team feature included. UniDeck Enterprise is how companies hire the team behind it, and that work is how we fund the product.
Who signs the contract?
UniDeck B.V. (KvK 96302933), registered in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. Ainur is the brand the engineering team works under; it is not a separate legal entity. UniDeck B.V. is wholly owned by Besharat Enterprises B.V. (KvK 96294078).
Do we own the code?
Yes. You own all code and artifacts from the first commit, with no license-back clauses.
How fast can you start?
Discovery usually starts within two weeks of a signed SOW. Delivery teams are 2 to 6 named seniors and stay on the engagement until the system runs in production.
What does it cost?
Discovery is a fixed-price engagement of one to three weeks. Delivery is priced fixed per phase, or time and materials with a cap, agreed in the SOW. You get a written estimate before any build starts.
Where is our data hosted?
Systems we host for you run on EU infrastructure, with your data in the EEA unless you direct otherwise. UniDeck itself runs on servers we operate in Germany.
Can we start with UniDeck and grow into a custom build?
Yes, that is the usual path. Free UniDeck dashboards over your existing tools on day one, custom widgets for your internal systems next, and a system of your own when the dashboard is no longer enough.
Tell us about the system.
What it needs to do, what it replaces, and when you need it running. A senior engineer replies with a scoped next step within two working days.
